How can I change my Email address?

Please send your old email address and new address to cs@fin8ity.com with your photo ID attached to verify your ID.

What server corresponds to my trading account?

Live server: GoldCrystalGroup-Main
In case you have difficulties connecting to our servers with the server names mentioned above, you can use the corresponding DNS server address. You will need to over-write the server name in the login window with one of the specified DNS server addresses mentioned below.

Demo server: GoldCrystalGroup-Demo

Can I change the leverage in my account?

Yes, you can submit a request to cs@Fin8ity to adjust your leverage.

Can I use my Demo account for back-testing?

Yes, you can use your MT4 Demo account for this purpose.
