Deposit and Withdrawals
How canI fund my account?

You can easily fund your account by logging in to Client Portal and visiting the Deposit page.

How long does it take to deposit funds?

Online deposits via credit card or e-wallets are instantly credited to your account. If deposit via bank transfer are processed within 24 hours (1 business day or less). However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer.

How can I internal transfer between my accounts?

You can transfer funds between multiple accounts on the same trading platform. Please complete an internal funds transfer via your Client Portal. Alternatively contact Fin8ity Account Team with request details.

What is third-party funding?

A third party is considered to be anyone who is not an owner of the account. In accordance with AML policy, Fin8ity does not accept accept third-party payments.

How can I withdraw funds?

You can request a withdraw of funds via MyAccount.

What if I have floating positions when I submit a withdrawal request?

A withdrawal of funds will cause a reduction of funds to maintain open positions. This may result in the liquidation of any or all of my open positions. So, it is your responsibility to ensure that the account holds enough margin to maintain open positions.

How long does it take to process your withdrawal request?

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours (1 business day or less). However, due to unforeseen circumstances, withdrawals may take longer.
